Regarding products -

You can probably tell from under all my posts, I keep my kit VERY tight and stick to the few tried and true products that consistently work without fail, as demonstrated by the boring product list that repeats itself over and over. You might also find them to be smaller or pro brands, not easily found in mainstream retail spaces. I would like to support brands that still have owners that I know by name, and can talk to directly, because these are also brands that respect and care about what makeup artists have to say about their products. They listen to our feedback, which came from clients as well, and make changes when necessary.

I genuinely only feature products I like, and my opinions are completely honest. Some links are affiliate links, where I might receive a small commission from your purchase, and are indicated by the “*” next to it. They cost nothing to you and some will even give you a discount. If you don’t feel comfortable, please feel free to go directly to their websites and purchase from there. My links are there for your ease and for my time curating, as well as the process of trying them out. They are what I believe to be fair compensation and does not sway me one way or another. If you don’t see the “*“ then it’s not an affiliate link, but I still would like to support the brands or artists by making it easier for you to find them. I do my best to present reputable retailers in my posts but shipping to wherever you are is not within my control, so please do check with the websites.

I can’t guarantee that all of the makeup and skincare products I mention will suit you. I only use products that perform for my work, and have tried on myself or my clients. Everyone’s skin is different and it’s possible to be allergic to anything, including water.
